STRAWBERRIES:
July 18th:       Our strawberry season is done for 2014.  Thank you to all of our loyal customers who made it a very good season.  We will look forward to seeing all of you again in mid-June of 2015.

BLUEBERRIES :

July 23:
The blueberries are finally ripe for picking.  We are nearing the end of the second week of picking, and the next picking time will be Friday morning, July 25th.  The hours will be 8:00 to 10:30 AM, or earlier if the patch gets picked out.      Our blueberry children’s policy is different than in the strawberries.  Children must be 6 years old for  blueberry picking.    The berries are not very plentiful this year,  due to Winter damage and consequently we will move through the patch rather quickly.  The supply has been less than half of last year.  Consequently, there have been fewer picking days and we have not been able to be open on the weekends.     Remember, we are not set up for credit or debit card, so bring a check or cash.  The blueberry price is $3.75 per pound.  The season should last about three weeks, which could be until  about August 1st.  You can check back soon for more updates. or call our produce update: 763-421-4384.

SWEET CORN:

 July 21:

The first planting of sweet corn has small ears forming.  Now we are  guessing late July or early August for the first corn picking.
